Should there be a delay or backorder, a member of our team will contact you immediately. All shipping fees are flat rate, and orders over $100 ship free.

Return & Exchange Policy

Nicolette's for the Home operates with a 30 day return policy with 20% restocking fee plus cost of shipping. To return an item, please contact us immediately with a detailed message about the item you'd like to return.

Damages/Defective items should be reported within 30 days.
